Bookings
Enrolment forms must be completed and submitted one week prior to course date. If booking less than a week prior to the course, it must be booked by telephone. We will send a confirmation email of your booking. Confirmation of booking is required to secure your place on our courses.
Payment Terms
Reach4Skills require full payment of the training course at the time of booking, otherwise a payment plan set up as outlined on our website. This is through Pay in 4 by Clearpay.
Funding Eligibility
Some of our courses attract government funding and you may be eligible for free study. Please note you will need to be able to produce evidence in your name when you come to enrol.
Registration with Reach4Skills
When booking onto a face-to-face or virtual eLearning training course we require you to register and provide us with certain information about yourself. In doing this, you agree to:
Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form
Maintain and promptly update the data we hold by informing us of any changes
Cancellations
Training/Workshops/E-Learning Courses
Participant cancellations will be refunded as follows:
If cancelation is 30 working days or more prior to the start date of the course, then full refund will be made.
In the unlikely event that Reach4Skills is forced to cancel a course, due to matters beyond our control participants will be offered a place on our next available scheduled course, or a full refund (if the alternate date is unsuitable)
Course
It is imperative that customers understand the requirement to prove the level of proficiency necessary to pass the course. Specific recommended prior learning requirements for this qualification will be advised on each individual course webpage. https://www.reach4childcare.uk/adult-education. Should a customer not be deemed of sufficient standard to meet the necessary criteria, the Company accepts no liability for failure of the course. The Companies decision on customer grading is final. Included within the cost of the course is access to tutor support throughout the duration of the enrolment. Should a learner wish to extend this support and access to training materials, this can be arranged at an additional cost. Please be aware the Company is under no obligation to grant extensions to enrolments.
Course Delivery
This course is delivered on a flexible learning basis. This means that all of your study will take place away from your Assessor/Tutor. It helps to carefully plan your studying so that you get the most out of your course.
Your assessor/Tutor will be available to support and guide you through the programme. They’re experts in your area of study and experienced in helping many different types of learners.
You will be issued workbooks with serval knowledge activities that help you to focus on the various topics in your chosen subject. These are informal activities that help to consolidate your knowledge.
When you have completed the workbooks, you should attempt the Assessment activities. You must fully complete each question with the assessments. Your Assessor/tutor will then review your answers and give you detailed written feedback. They may ask you to amend some of your answers if they do not meet the criteria but they will explain what to do next so you can resubmit your answers again.
Once your Assessor/Tutor has confirmed you have met the criteria fully they will submit your work for moderation. This will show the work has been completed to the Assessor/Tutor satisfaction.
A sample of your work may be reviewed by an external moderator. Their role is not to assess your work as this is the responsibility of the Assessor Tutor but to monitor the quality and of the marking and feedback that you receive form the Assessor/tutor.
When you have successfully achieved all the assessments for the qualification your certificate will be requested from your Awarding Organisation and sent you in recognition of your achievement.
Access to course and resources
When paying for course materials in full customers will receive log in details to access their training materials immediately after purchase. Customers paying by instalments are given their log in details within 2 days of the first instalment being received.
Special requirements
Reach4Skills will make every effort to accommodate special requirements that have been notified in advance on the enrolment form.
Trainers
Reach4Skills shall provide such trainers to present the training course as it, in its sole discretion, deems fit and Reach4Skills shall be entitled at any time to substitute any trainer with any other person who, in Reach4Skills sole discretion, it deems suitably qualified to present the relevant course.
Behaviour
Reach4Skills reserves the right to remove any delegate from a training course whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate by Reach4Skills or its trainers. In these circumstances, Reach4Skills will neither refund any fees nor reimburse any other costs.
Shipping
Your parcels will be dispatched as soon as available after payment is received or enrolment is confirmed.
We aim to deliver within 2-3 working days of receiving your order. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday, with the 2-3 working days delivery coming into effect then. We will endeavour to contact you should there be a delay with shipping.
Please note we are closed on bank holidays in the UK and between Christmas and New Year – dispatches and deliveries will not be made during these periods.
Some of our products are made outside of the UK and any out-stock items my take a few weeks to replenish.
Returns
If you would like to return your unopened and unused purchase, please return within 7 days for an exchange or full purchase price refund.
You must also return the goods in a saleable condition, either with the same packaging as when it was received, or with equivalent packaging. Please note we cannot refund items that have damaged while in transit due to improper packaging. Make sure you wrap them up well!
Customers must arrange (at their own cost) to return the goods to the address above. We suggest you use a tracked delivery service. Please return to the address above.
Refunds will be made to the original credit/debit card or Paypal account used for payment and will be completed within 14 days of receipt of the returned items.
Undelivered Orders
If orders cannot be delivered to the address provided, refunds will only be given once the goods have been received back into stock in their original condition, and will only cover the cost of the items; postage/shipping costs are non-refundable.
Liability
Reach4skills does not accept responsibility for anyone acting as a result of information in, or views expressed on, its training courses including course materials. Opinions expressed are those of individual trainers and not necessarily those of Reach4skills. Participants should take professional advice when dealing with specific situations.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Whilst we make every effort to keep changes to the site to a minimum, we reserve the right to make any amendments to the terms and conditions at any time to reflect changes affecting our business, including but not limited to, changes in technology, payment methods and legal and regulatory requirements. By continuing to use this site you agree to accept any changes made to the terms and conditions.
